About Icon Collective:

Icon Collective is New York City based graphic design and Web development studio specializing in the promotional needs of small businesses. We offer a wide variety of services: print and web design, illustration, and multimedia presentations.


Prior to founding Icon collective in 1998, Isabella worked in several corporate design environments. At the Environmental Defense Fund, she established an art deparrtment, where publications, direct mail, promotional materials were produced. She developed EDF's first Web site design. She currently serves as design director at TIAA-CREF, a financial services firm, overseeing design of all print including the brand standards. She has received many awards for creative excellence in graphic design including the ACE Award, LCA Award, DMFA Package of the Year and others. View resume.

Eric has been working professionally as a graphic designer since 1986. He has art direction, design and project management experience in a broad variety of print and new media environments. He has designed logos, brochures, packaging, posters, promotional digital media and Web sites. Prior to Icon Collective, he worked at the design firm C3 Incorporated where he conceptualized and designed promotional material for clients such as Peat Martwick, The Nobel Prize Annual, Netscape, Random House, Trimble Navigation as well as a variety of projects for IBM, including the official 1994 Olympics' home page.
